is a man possessed. Can you say DOMINANT?
yes plz

I was in Chicago today and sat close to home plate. The man looked in control from the 1st inning to the 9th. When the Sox put pressure on him, he just got more and more amped. I had to leave a bit early though.
Weird too because the Sox have traditionally hit him very well. Of course, Alexei Ramirez looked like a retarded 10 year old up there all night against him.
list for the Cy Young. At this point, my top five is Greinke, Halladay, Jackson, Verlander, and Weaver (no particular order)

would lead the way for the time being. Greinke for his 1.55 ERA and 5 CG's; Halladay's 10 Wins. But it's been amazing this past month and a half watching Jackson and Verlander dominate every single time out.
I had him on my fantasy baseball team during the first weeks of the season. So, I promptly dropped him because I thought he was going to have a year like the last one. Turns out I was 100% wrong. Now I am in last place. FML
I also drafted Verlander. I lost my first 4 games in large part because Verlander, Derek Lowe and Beckett were ruining my pitching stats and Teixeira and Jimmy Rollins were killing my hitting.
Now I'm starting to win and it is awesome. But man, I still have no 3rd baseman. Nobody in my league ever agrees to trades, it's so annoying.
It's going to be a shock when JV goes out one of these days and throws a respectable 6 inning, 4 run start and we're all upset about it until we realize it was actually a not at all bad start.
Until that time, though, I will continue to actively and honestly wonder if he's ever going to lose again. Right now, I don't think so.
What a pimp.
