OT- Hi, I'm Reckless

I am not sure what is it about the video that Brian embedded in the "Your Stupid, Stupid Minds" post, but I find that I want to watch the clip over and over.

Is it the realization that Idiocracy is upon us? Should I now be looking for the "Ow, My Balls" show on the Violence Channel? The slow motion head first fail is just beyond me. Or is it that I can't understand why anyone would make their cat play the keyboard (or even think of the concept, granted it is a YouTube wonder now). Or is it simply the juxtaposition of these two images that short circuit the mind a bit when you realize how ridiculous the mash up is. Some therapy from the gallery would be appreciated.

This reminds me of my girlfriends mom. My girlfriends mom legitimately believes that the world is ending very soon because we have "turned into Sodom and Gomorrah." I disagree with the concept of heaven or hell, myself, so I think she is just funny as farts.

The last thing that set her off (while I was in attendance)was a commercial for Trojan condoms. I kid you not.

I prefer to believe that if the world ends while I am alive that those have to be odds much greater than winning the lottery. Enjoy it, lucky!!

As for therapy? Always remember that for every horribly dumb person you meet, there is someone out there that would make them seem genius. I, for one, find comfort in that, dude.

I wasn't entirely serious about the post. I don't even know what brimstone is. Also, you going to Hell, just keeding! That would make me judgemental, which I'm not. I judge.
As to your questions, it's your body that's dead, not your spirit. You must separate your body from your spirit. Spiritually...me thinks the spiritual existence is rarely touched by man, and if so just the very tip of the iceberg. Esp is spiritual, for example. We don't have any control over that. Some of us perhaps can tap in, but no control. That said, I could understand why the concept could seem fictional to you, but just a little faith on your part would allow for the concept to be miraculous.

Yeah I know, I know. I have been trying to leave my whole life just never had the opportunity. Getting my MBA from the UofM should help me get out of fly over country.

I do love some aspects of it (going to home games, teh summers, low crime), but then there are the Jerards and the winters that tend to stick in your side like a needle. A really whiny and intolerant of others beliefs needle.
