This isn't a dig, but seriously... do you? 20 second long interactions with UM students while making food, combined with complaining about State Street jaywalkers makes me think one of the sandwich shops on the main campus drag. I was leaning towards JJ, but you mentioned having to ask what sort of sandwich a customer has, which JJ doesn't do and Potbelly does in order to ring you up. Amers has more non-student customers than student, Cosi's interactions last longer than 20 seconds, and Redhawk is sit down. I'm ruling out the Philly sub shop or whatever it is, because no one goes there. That leaves only Chipotle and Potbelly, and the workers I see at Potbelly seem more like Deftones listeners than Chipotle's people. So, Potbelly?

This is the sort of knowledge you acquire when your number of cheap sandwiches consumed between classes is so large as to be measured in scientific notation.

One of the best posts EVER on any sports or non-sports blog...period. I didn't even go to M and I understand that the author has a unique insight that we have never considered before.
