Sequence of events:
2008 Fiesta Bowl: West Virginia played Oklahoma and whomped them - absolutely whomped them - due to WVU no-huddle. The Sooners had never seen anything like them and it was intriguing, so they visited RR in Ann Arbor to learn more.
2008-2009 CFB Season - Oklahoma becomes the point a minute offense and proceeds to hang 60+ on almost everyone in the Big 12. National Championship run as a result
Summer 2009 - RR visits Norman to talk about the Sooners unique-no huddle (Even Urban Meyer was fascinated by it and is reportedly trying to incorporate elements of it at Florida) and probably brought a boatload of info back to Ann Arbor.
I doubt our offense this year is gonna be hanging 50 points on anyone, but next season it's a definite possibility. Does anyone think that elements of the Oklahoma offense might make it up here...discuss.

I know a major part of the Oklahoma offense was the Tight End addition, which RR supposedly took a lot of interest in. That'd be nice. I don't know how much more of it they learned of or incorporated, but it can't be bad to have some of it.
