Forgive me if this is old news, but Time Warner Cable in New York City now has the Big Ten Network (in HD) on channel 472. Just in time to watch Purdue . . .
Peppers at 10, which seems low.
This is great news, is this with the basic cable plan or an additional subscription? I went home to PA to watch the Mich-Toledo game on BTN, and was expecting to have to stream Mich-Purdue.
I have the regular HD plan (all the sports channels, etc.) and it is apparently part of that, I guess. I didn't have to do anything beyond my normal HD subscription. I didn't see an non-HD Big Ten Network channel, but I may have just missed it.
AHHHHHHHHHH- You got my hopes up.... Not available in Manhattan:
On October 22, Big Ten Network HD (channel 472) will be available to customers who subscribe to the Digital Sports Tier ($3.95/mo.) in Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Mt. Vernon and Bergen County (New Jersey).

Where are you guys at in NYC? I live in Midtown West, '08 grad from NYU, UM fan since around '01. Picked up a passion for the Maize 'n Blue from traveling to tennis tournaments with a friend whose dad got his MBA from UM, their basement had tons of UM memorabilia (framed Woodson Rose Bowl article, winged helmet, etc.). Never had a chance to go to the Big House though...yet.
East Village for me.
if they had HD in Southwest OHIO. just got BTN at the beginning of the season, and still no fn HD. Anyone else know anything?
