And they didn't play like this before. They were much more disiplined. And yeah, they've always shot a lot of 3s, some seemingly ill-advised, but made them. And it's not just because they aren't getting good looks. Manny had a week with the ball at one point and still couldn't get it to fall.

been watching them all year as well, and know that we have been more disciplined before. Manny having the ball for a week is the issue. I dont have a problem with shooting a lot of 3s, but there is a difference between taking good ones and bad ones. Against Duke, we were getting shots in transition and off penetration. Last night we were taking them off the dribble and after passing it around the perimeter without making the defense move. Fact is, conference play is tougher, and teams play tougher, and we dont have the discipline or leadership to respond. I hope JB is addressing those issues because this is a different team than what we saw a few weeks ago.
performance last night was ridiculous. We take the first 3 we can get off, and show no discipline in the 1-3-1 zone. I understand that we cant physically match up, but Sims would continually leave his zone to chase a guy while the spot he vacated was filled by the guy in his zone. Not sure this team will make it to the tourney especially given that they cant win on the road (IU doesnt count). Hard to believe you can beat 2 top 5 teams and then get absolutely spanked by Penn State like that.
