Did anyone else see that we will be playing Iowa at night? It's gonna be rowdy.
Didn't see that. Is that the first game that has a time so far? We play at illinois too, that could possibly be a night game.
Good for us, since this will be RR's first official year with his players. If we do good, better national attention on primetime games.
never been to a road game so I might have to check this one out
I don't know about the time but kirk ferentz said it's one of 3 night games Iowa will be playing. I'm feelin this game is gonna be a good one. Iowa and UM have a friendly rivalry type joint goin down.
dang 1 of 3 for the Iowa? Those lucky gooses.
On paper that's a winnable game, but playing there at night with (presumably) a freshman QB is going to be tough.
The State game better not be at night.
Tate isn't human though.. So were good.
Even at home, I doubt that our offense could do much to the 12th ranked nat'l defense wth8 returning starters. It's winnable with a great game but unlikely (more so that it is at Iowa at night).
but we have the Denard factor. he's fast, real fast!
...if one of the teams wears yellow unis.
AWWWWWWWW C MON. I constantly got bashed for saying this stuff and now you guys are saying it! Pshaw!
I kept saying "Games are tougher at night"
"It will be good for national attention"
"Fans are rowdier"
and everyone said I didn't know shit -.-
Well, theres lots of assholes on this blog. EVerything you say people are gonna love it, or hate it.
You just said that stuff too much, people all seen your first post. You don't have to keep on saying it.
That is because you sounded whiny when you preached about the next games every couple of days......kind of like you do now
I don't think anyone said that there would be no benefits of a night game whatsoever. I think the consensus of the faction against you (most everybody) was that, all things considered, night games at the Big House are either undesirable to unlikely to happen thus not worth talking about.
Remember the whole traffic/security issue? UM isn't in a corn field.
hopefully we will get some practice in under the lights before hand, especially the PK/KR units. Fielding high balls at night can be an adjustment.
