You can turn off signatures at rivals, and the Wolverine Den's set up is closest, but overall: no. There's no RCMB equivalent.

So are there any Michigan boards that use a modern bulletin board system that doesn't force you to use that awful threaded view?
The Wolverine doesn't count; the signatures are so huge that it's impossible to read outside of threaded mode, and I can't figure out if it's possible to browse in flat mode at Go Blue Wolverine.
