Shouldnt we choose the vice-banner in order of how they did? I mean shouldnt the second place banner get the nod in this instance, and if not that, then the third place banner? There was an inordinate amount of time invested in the banner search, and people got invested. I admit I'm partial to the Yvgeni banner. Consider that one my vote to ultimately replace this one. I'm pretty sure that one's not from Flicker.

Whenever I visit another big ten blog I immediately compare their banner to what we have here.

Everyone comes to MgoBlog for different reasons, and thats what makes it what it is. I was probably overly into the banner contest, so to see all the work of the artists, and everyone's votes kind of get thrown out the window made me sad. Gross in a good way though right?

I really don't want to have to pull another banner because of copyright blah blah, and this one 1) looks good, 2) was put together by the same guy who did the banner banner, and 3) should only offend the U, which I doubt is dumb enough to antagonize a notable pro-M media outlet.
