Need Some gsimms Wisdom

gsimmons, need your help. Do you belong to Rivals? I just watched this video...

...and I have no idea if what I am watching is good or indifferent. Do you like what you see? You don't have to explain it to me (that's too big a chore), but what are your impressions of the drills, fundamentals being taught, the operation in general.

I remember watching a video last year and being excited. That meant nothing, obviously. So, let me know what you think.

I spelled his full name wrong, briefly. You don't go back to the Haloscan days...we called him gsimms. And are you serious? He is very knowledgeable. He has guest posted on mgoblog. But I am open to other knowledgeable people. What do you think of the video?

I don't know who that dude is talking about, but the Three and Out guy is regularly referred to as "gsimms".

And, take the time to go through his videos. They really are quite informative.

Just be careful of any remarks regarding the camera work - he does that himself.
