Sometimes you're really fucking on, Tate Forcier.

And you can't have one without the other…

Everyone here has paid their dues, and they were not in vain. Drink, be merry, spawn a new generation.

people in the stadium told me Claussen did a stupid, sitting on his ass, cowboy shoot em up dance that was why ND was flagged after the 2 pointer.

the networks have not shown it, but how much do you think those 15 yards were worth at the end of the game. Thanks Jimmah

As I saw it on tv, it was the guy who took the ball in for the two pointer. He shushed the crowd, and the ref right next to him threw a flag, which is why I'm assuming it was him. The tv crew said next to nothing about the penalty, though, so I can't be sure.

there were a lot of things that went our way in that game. Had they not, it could have been a different outcome. However, after going throug an entire season where I don't remember seeing a single break go our way, it's about time come karma comes our way. Besides, we made the breaks we needed this game. Tate for Heisman!

After all the grief that Rodriguez has taken from alumni, the press, and all the Lloyd Carr fans, this is really sweet.
These first 1.5 years have been hell for him.

Congratulations, Rich Rod!

I liked Michigan's performance, relative to ND. I was frustrated in that UM didn't seem to get to the quarterback much--if at all--unless they were blitzing. Is ND's offensive line that good? I don't know why, but I'm always wanting more blitzes--I'd be a terrible defensive play caller. Still, UM's d-line played well enough for the win.

... or does Tate remind one of Fran Tarkenton?

He keeps moving yet still looks downfield to throw. It's amazing for any QB, remarkable for a true freshman...

How many times have we seen this sort of thing end badly?

GO BLUE!!!

I have been a Michigan fan since I was born (St. Joes hospital), and I have been to many a great Michigan games with my father (he was at AC's Indiana game) the UM Virgina game with Hayes (which we left early - I know, we were idiots) the Colorado game which I cried as a sixth grader, the PSU game with Manningham catching the slant to win, and even Woodson's epic against the Buckeyes in 97. This was, however, one of the most satisfying wins I have ever been a part of! What an afternoon. A man, who I hold in the highest regard, was beaming with pleasure the entire day today for the first time since Lloyd Carr's memorable season - my dad! It was great bonding with my old man today in the glory that belonged to OUR WOLVERINES!

Keep it rolling fellas!

that i ended up watching the game with my entire extended fam (25+)...

at halftime, my mom forced everyone to take a picture, only because i had my 'i hate ohio state' shirt on, and the 20 people in the picture had on their ohio state shirts..

by the end of the game, after seeing me nervous beyond belief, a good portion of them were rooting for us, only because of me, i guess..

going to BW-3's for the the osu game wasn't the same reaction. we somehow ended up right in front of the biggest screen in front, and for whatever reason, the 99% osu fans didn't like my shirt. :)

unreal day.

the world now knows what we do.

I had to work today from 4-11:30pm, so I missed the majority of the game. Took a radio off the shelf and plugged it in, listening to it when I could between customers (shitty retail job). Not 5 minutes prior to Tate's interception, I thought to myself, "please, please, don't throw an interception here that turns into points, please." After ND scored following the pick, I told my manager that I had to take a break and went to my car to listen to the rest of the game.

Oh, the lows. Oh, the highs. I can't stand listening to the game on the radio and not having visuals of what's actually happening. That said, I think my rapturous screaming after the Matthews TD scared away more than one customer and earned my '95 Corolla more looks than it's gotten in about.. 14 years.

As an aside, one of my managers is Greg Matthews' brother. Should be interesting to hear his stories following this game.

Happy days! HUGE win. GO BLUE!

I'm not sure it could get any better with Michigan ripping the hearts out of the Irish with a late score, USC stunning tOSU in the Horseshoe with a late score, and the Chips out executing Little Brother on special teams to stun them late.

God bless College Football.

To go right next to the Alan Branch/Anthony Morelli classic...

Another Seinfeld reference... "Oh yeah, Jimmy's ready. Jimmy's got some new moves. Check Jimmy out! Ooohhh! JIMMY'S DOWN!"

Brandon Graham looks like he's ready to eat him alive!

I grabbed a Muppets DVD from the library for my daughter yesterday before the game. I figured it couldn't hurt.
Yesterday was the perfect college football day.
Mark Hamill and the stars of Star Wars, Paul Simon, and Raquel Welch. Yes!!!!
