There's a lawsuit between a former Hawaii commit and Hawaii in which the recruit committed under June Jones, but when Jones left, his scholarship was not honored. Considering how the media is trying to pile on Rich Rod right now, not honoring Morales' scholarship offer and commitment prolly wouldn't help Rich Rod's image.
