MGoPoints Gambling 2: UFC 101: Predictions?

It went well during UFC 100 (at least I thought so), so I thought I'd open up another thread to allow MGoBoarders to post predictions about tonight's shindig in PA.

For those who missed the last one, the operating theory here is that we post our predictions for the fights tonight, and agree to return to this thread afterwards and give points to those who were correct in their predictions and ding those who were incorrect. There's only one point to give, but don't let that stop you from dropping as many predictions as you want. We're informal like that.

Silva over Griffin (with an outside chance that Forrest actually gets killed)

Penn, twat that he is, over Florian. BJ is like the Urban Meyer of lightweights: I don't think anyone, including his own mother, really likes the guy, but you can't deny his talent.

I'm taking Sadollah over Hendricks as well, simply because someone's GOT to break the TUF performance curse eventually, right? Right?

Anyone else got thoughts?

I'm hoping that Almeida destroys Grove. Also, that there's enough time to show multiple undercard fights because some of them look pretty good. It might also indicate that there were some exciting/early finishes on the main card.

Last time I lost a shit-ton of points, so I'm hoping for better results.

penn dies... but i dont know who is going to win..

I hope Forest wins, or at least takes it the distances with style.. i really think Silva is going to have to kill him for the fight to stop (which he very well could) he has the gritt to beat sivla though...

in other words, i make no predictions, i just go with who i WANT to win.. very gbmw i know, but oh well, just cant wait till the fight...

Pretty confident in the Silva fight - think it's gonna end in a stoppage by the end of the 2nd. Griffin's a tough dude, but it's not like he can't be ktfo'd. It's just a shame that Silva and Machida are never gonna fight - the result would be many gamma rays and much entertainment.

Could go either way on Penn vs. Kenflo, both in terms of prediction and desire.

Would love to see that fight. I think Silva would take it, but GSP seems like the perfect foil (at least if he where 15 pounds heavier) because of his other-worldy takedown ability. Thing is, even though you almost never see him there anymore, Silva is no slouch at all on his back either.

Watching Silva right now reminds me of watching Jordan after his first comeback. No hyperbole.
