I was thinking about safeties, and J.T. Floyd came to mind. Anyone think he'll have a chance to start next year?
so much for that
so much for that
This list is completely arbitrary and not a genuine analysis of the relative merits of state fossils.
will be michigan's highest pick in a while
money has to go somewhere
I am only motivated by people who have no opinion about me.
the just released schedules were a flat-out statement that the B10 doesn't believe SOS will matter in playoff selection
but I thought that draft was supposed to be incredibly loaded?
If you're gonna go please be in the first round.
another delightful side effect of a 14 team conference
I disagree.
GOOD PLAN

thoughtful piece from Jacobi on middle finger lady
Their high school coaches and AAU coaches have probably a better appreciation of Michigan than maybe they had before," Beilein said. "It's a tough balance right now. Tim Hardaway and Trey Burke weren't really high-profile players, nor was Darius Morris, and all were high-profile players. "We're still looking at 'who is the best fit.' "
"When I call somebody a midget, clearly I'm not trying to insult f---ing midgets. I'm just using basketball terminology."
but Brandon Smith was pretty highly regarded and projected as a Safety, so I would suspect he or Mike Williams would get the first crack, assuming Stevie Brown keeps his job, with Cissoko and Warren being the starting corner backs.
So your answer would be "Yes", "No" or "Maybe". Excellent!
FWIW, it seems like he's "behind" Brown and Williams at this point. And Smith was a much bigger recruit. So...I think he'll be special teamer next year. Which is fine - he's a RS Freshman.
Boo Boo will move to starting CB along side Warren, and J.T. I think will move into that Nickel spread package to add speed. He was recruited as CB out of High School. He should have the fundamentals down.
And yes Williams and Smith will be the starting safties.
