Stokes committed to Tenn awhile ago. He's never officially de-committed (see scout.com page: http://michigan.scout.com/a.z?s=162&p=8&c=1&nid=3053729).
Better off not relying on ESPN recruiting coverage, anyway.
How big of a "loss" would Stokes be?
I know we don't have him, but for a while there it looked like we were the clear front-runners. Considering that we have Jackson and Miller coming in next year, how big of a "loss" would it be if we didn't end up with Stokes? He's looks like a top talent, but will it really be a huge hole in the class if we don't pick him up? Obviously, I'd like to see him go blue and maybe I'm just trying to let myself down easy given the recent news about him - but I was just wondering if anybody else had an opinion on this.
Also, I can't remember where I read it but I saw a quote where his dad said something like no matter what he does Michigan fans should know the close relationship he has with RichRod and the amount of respect we have for that program. That didn't sound too good to me - no need to apologize if he was coming here.

I don't subscribe to either but Scout's front page is hinting that Stokes is Blue (what else is new) and the Rivals premium boards are all like @&^!!! flipping out "I hope this is true" over Stokes, too.
Who knows? Just got to wait til tomorrow.
Edit: Apparently the Scout article is not so positive for Blue.
