If you can help out finding articles on any of the commits, e-mail me, and I'll try to include your contribution. The season is winding down, as only 5 commits were still playing coming into the week, and all but the Louisiana guys wrapped up their seasons over the weekend.

New Commit PA CB Cullen Christian

Penn Hills went 4-5 in the regular season, and bowed out in the second round of the playoffs to Gateway. I couldn't find individual stats for Christian.

MI QB Devin Gardner

Last week: Fluff. Pregame fluff. Inkster falls to Lowell in the State Championship Game 6-27. Gardner finished 9-17 passing for 134 yards, but his offensive line got him killed all day, and he rushed for -26 yards.

This week: Inkster (9-4) loses the State Championship, and their season is over.

This is what was in the Freep (!) writeup: "This is Inkster's second straight trip to the state finals after the Vikings finished state runner up in D3 last year to champ East Grand Rapids (five state championships since 2002). The Vikings also reached the finals in 2006 in D6, falling to Saginaw Nouvel. Having to play three games this year against teams from Ohio just to fill a schedule, Inkster won the minimum number of five games to qualify - this time in Division 2. The Vikings have qualified for the playoffs four of the last five years." What's up with Inkster (Devin Gardner's school) being in Division 6 in 2006, Division 3 in 2008, and Division 2 in 2009? Why are they moving around like that? Is it based on size of the school, and have they just exploded in terms of student population in recent years or something? EDIT 1: woo first =P EDIT 2: according to the Louisiana HS Athletic Assoc site, the 4th round of playoffs is actually the semifinals. Rummel (Carvin Johnson's school) is Class 5A, which appears to be the top division (ie, the largest schools). Parkview Baptist (Dileo's school) is 3A, which is the middle, so pretty good that they've made it to the semis. EDIT 3: LHSAA website with brackets http://www.lhsaa.org/images/db_results/142-b.pdf

Unsolicited feedback: it'd be nice to have new information separated from the season stats with either a link (like the recruiting board) or at least a jump . Personally, I don't check through the stats for each game every week but I do like hearing how the recruits did. Any maybe group all the guys whose seasons are over together under one heading instead of listing out "season is over" for each one separately. Its your blog, just my 2 cents...
