Finally, Jim Carty has an extensive discussion of the Big Ten's discussions with the various bowls not named "Rose." There have been some rumors about the Cotton, Citrus (Capital what?), and Gator Bowls forming a sort of second-tier alliance and swapping teams between the Big Ten, SEC, ACC, and Big Twelve to get better matchups and prevent teams from going to the same bowl year after year. That's an excellent idea, hope it ends up working out.
