I'm not trying to sound mean, but honestly, how old are you?
This is maaaaybe premature there, ESPN. Maryland #1 FWIW.
I'm not trying to sound mean, but honestly, how old are you?
what is your picture of?
thanks. but what's written on the shirt. i'm assuming that's why he has that picture.
I've been trying to figure out what's written on the shirt as well. I've been staring and staring and staring..., and I just can't make it out. I think I'll continue to stare a little more. That should work.
nevermind just had to look close enough. some babe with 'i <3 michigan' on it. i got it guys, no need to thank me.
For the record, the new picture hasn't shown up for me yet, I still see the crable picture. Since I haven't seen it in the small version yet, I couldn't tell if I should change it. Does it look bad? I had alternatives picked out.
I have the same problem, if Brian ever reads this yo.
I can say that I'm seeing a picture of a girl as your avatar, and a picture of Sheridan sitting on a bench as Brodie's avatar. So I'm guessing it's something on your end. I only noticed Brodie's change when I cleared my history, and deleted my temp files and cookies. Just thought I'd mention that as something that might be helpful.
OK, this is my new picture. It will be mine forever, unless another dipshit steals it, which I hope doesn't happen. It is a map of Michigan(the state I'm from), but it's in maize and blue(Michigan colors).
By the way, the cache/cookie clear trick works. Thanks for the help.
I liked the girl (which I'm still seeing) hook a brother up withth the full size pic?
I searched "Michigan girl" in google images. The girl is pretty hot, but she got less hot when I saw the same girl with an MSU shirt on. She also got sluttier.
It looks like I (heart) michigan.
Whats it matter?
Because if you tell me you're 13, I'll feel bad for making fun of you. If you aren't, I'm going to fire away.
Shit, RR replaced Gerg already? Although FWIW I hear Stonum has a solid coaching pedigree, likes to blitz frequently, put pressure on the quarterback, and minimizes big plays.
TO ANN ARBOR?
MAD SCIENTIST? lolololololol
Too easy...just let it die
if i take a time machine back to october
Its news if your not on the computer 24/7 searching every website to see what happend to Stonum. For me, I don't recall seeing WHY he was suspended in sept/nov.
...by that it was reported long ago he had a DUI. Stonum even brought it up himself and apologized to UM fans. But yes, this is new news about him pleading guilty etc. He's taking responsibility for his actions which is good and also because if he didn't, he probably would have been kicked off the team.
Hopefully, he'll never be as stupid again.
WHEN MOREHEAD MAKES FUN OF YOU, YOU KNOW YOU REALLY SUCK ASS.
....but then I would recommend you do an interwebs search with Stonum and suspension.
Then I would just sit on information that has been in the public sphere since October, because I'm pretty sure that people who closely follow Michigan football already knew through the proprietor of this site and others when Michigan began to hypothesize about a possible suspension, let alone when it was publicly announced.
When you get a big boy job you too will be able to piss away the hours on the internet instead of alt-tabbing between the site and your typing assignment in fourth hour technology class.
Is there a joke within this joke that I'm missing or something? If not...well let's just say not your best work.
The real question -- what is Stonum's favorite color? That obviously had much to do with influencing him in his decision to turn to the dark side.
You are even less funny than i am. Now go eat some pork.
That might be offensive if I were Jewish.
Hahahahahaha, best post ever.
is the suggestion that you are LESS funny than he is. Jeesh!
Out of bounds.
That's not actually possible.
...is that Stonum caught 14 balls last year. Yikes, we had no downfield threat last year.
RRerabeginsin2009 on Watergate:
Dude, those reporters shouldn't have gone after Nixon! There's no need to make spying on the opposing party public knosledge! Richard Nixon lost tons of fans from that incident!
on steroids in baseball:
Why did those pushy reporters have to tell us that McGuire was on steroids? All of this should have been kept private! You're violating A-Rod's privacy!
on OJ's trials:
OJ's a good guy, we all make mistakes. He always worked real hard in the NFL and was a great player. I hate it when the mainstream media makes such a big deal over these things.
get rid of the entire legal system. It's such an invasion of privacy.
Maybe then we wouldn't have so many God Damn attorneys.
(Just kidding, I'm dating at attorney, and without her I would have to go back to eating frozen pizzas. Yay lawyers!)
kill all the lawyers
You mistakenly wrote:
"All of this should have been kept private!"
When the proper way is:
"All of this should OF been kept private!"
[I know, I know... grammar Nazi]
This never would have happened if the damn media wouldn't keep reporting on it. I hope I don't lose any fans because of it.
I assume (hope?) this is sarcasm.
It goes more like this:
Here is some news about an athlete's personal life. I hate it when people talk about athletes' personal lives.
I actually hate when people talk about athlete's personal lives so much that I'm going to bring up news that goes all the way back to October so that we can talk about not talking about athletes personal lives.
is my favorite player on the team. I am friends with him on myspace...i only added him to see if it was actually him, and he took the time to talk to me and he was actually asking me about how i was doing in football. Everyone makes mistakes, im sure he regrets it, and he is working his ass off for next season. Ive saw bulletins from him saying something along the lines of "last season will never happen again, i just want everyone to know that im working my ass off to change this"
Its not that surprising that a kid drank alcohol going to a major college for the first time. Its what all kids do
A friendly hint:
You're relatively new on this board, it seems. You should probably operate under the assumption that unless something happened today, frequent posters/readers on here already know about it. I'm not saying you shouldn't offer information. But the context - "Stonum pled guilty today," for example - is different than "Did you know Stonum got a DUI and that's why he was suspended?" Because the resounding answer to the second question is YES.
This Stonum guy can be a big help if he can just put down the 40 ounce for a game or two.
an 18 year old kid got caught drinking his first year in college and some think he is a full blown alcoholic who is wasting away his life
(at least I hope not) would fault the kid for drinking in college. It's the drinking and driving that's not a laughing matter.
