Probably because he committed so early; there's no hype in ranking someone high when they're clearly going to stay put. Rivals and Scout have a product to sell, and it's based on hype. After all, before Jeremy actually committed, he was on virtually every Rivals/ESPN/Lemming/Scout top 100/250 watch list.
That, and he's kind of a slow runner.

I understand the services are about hype, but that's retarded. They should be more worried about being as accurate as possible. Honestly, I'd actually be interested in a subscription if I didn't know any better. And until one of them changes, I'll keep my money.

In response to his offer list I still don't understand why recruiting services rate him so low when every Texas recruit is in the top 100 even though most of them only have offers from Texas and Texas AM.
