Coaches preparing for the start of practices, sometimes two 4-hour meetings a day. Very cool to get an inside look. I think sometimes when discussing how well the coaches are doing we assume that if something goes wrong it's because they haven't thought something through completely, but they clearly put in a LOT of preparation.
Sounds like everyone is chomping at the bit to get this season underway in Schembechler Hall just like everyone is here.
Also a mention of improved tackling mechanics being on the agenda in fall practices.

... I think this also shows the importance of having harmony among the coaching staff. Everybody from last year keeps emphasizing how the coaching staff is "on the same page" or "working together" or "bought in". You can see how difficult it would be to work with/for someone you don't have faith in/trust, when you have to be in a room with him for 8 hours a day.
Do Something. If it works, do more of it. If it doesn't, do something else.
