Collapsed In A Heap Breathing Slowly Trying To Figure Out If You're Still Alive Muppets
Are the best muppets
I spin more rhymes than a lazy Susan and I'm innocent until my guilt is proven.
Does winning a game in which you were favored deserve muppets? Aww fuck it, yes.
"I just hope Tressel doesn't fire me"
-Gordon Gee
How sad is it that I turned my laptop on just to see if there were Muppets?
Hail.
Happy to win, but beating OSU in basketball isn't muppet worthy in my opinion. That's a game you are supposed to win.
Did you see Michigan's record against Matta? It's pretty darn Muppet worthy if you ask me.
" I want to win Big 10 titles. Multiply. Consecutively. I just made that word up (multiply). I'm like that. I'm good at Scrabble."
All I am saying is that if you believe that Michigan is as good as their ranking this year, the you have to expect them to win that game. I guess I just think muppets should be reserved for something more dramatic.
I'm very sorry this game wasn't dramatic enough for you
If you're doing nothing, how do you know when you're finished?
Maybe dramatic is the Wong word. But if you have muppets after every mid season home win over a team you are supposed to beat it will get old fast.
You beat your arch rival in overtime in a must win game after already losing to them, I'd say it's worth a little excitement.
"I love him, he's a great coach, he's a great mentor, he's a great friend. He's every single thing you want a college coach to be, and he does it flawlessly." -David Molk
Let's see,
- Your arch-rival (in an of itself nearly muppet worthy)
- A must-win home game
- Back and forth, high-intensity, classic bball game
- Overtime thriller with 2 point win to Michigan
- Aforementioned win against Top 10 team
- First meeting between them when they are Top 10
- Thad Matta was 17-3 against us coming into the game
I think it passes the muppet test, you may get off your high horse now and be a little bit excited.
HAIL.
So Michigan is ranked this highly for the first time since you were shitting your diapers, but you're acting like we're Duke or Kansas and have been doing this for years. The problem isn't the Muppets, it's that your arrogant expectations have completely outrun reality.
This Michigan team—and program—still has plenty of games to win before we can consider ourselves a solid, year-to-year member of basketball's elite. Being ranked #1 or #3 midseason is great, but plenty of teams have done that over the years only to have been proven to be a momentary flash in the pan. The real test is how the entire season goes, including post-season. That's why this game was so important.
We were the #1 team in the country a week ago and #3 today. We're playing at home. Had to EXPECT to win this game - however hard and painful it ended up being. Most definitively not worthy of Jim Henson's furry puppets.

There they are!
"Long time listener, first time caller."
Where the Muppets just beat the living shit out of crappy Muppet refs? Cuz I'd like to watch that episode too.
1. The win
2. That Aaron Kraft looked like a complete d-bag tool sitting on the floor waiting for a call at the end.
Or 3. That those maize shoes were the sickest kicks ever worn by a M team. My son will be wearing those at his next ball game.
Good thing Herm was in bed by 7:30 or he'd have had a grabber seeing those unis.
Can we get a still shot pic of Craft's shot clock violation to shut up all the OSU fans crying about the last play of the game?
Or a gif of the "foul" that got Thomas to the line on his jumper from the stripe?
Or a gif of the flagrant that they'll never call in that situation because the rulebook gets tossed in OT. Because it was and it does.
Or a gif of Trey's strip from Craft as he drove towards the basket at the end of the game and the ball rolled off Craft's knee.
Or the fact that if they did call a foul it was on Burke and it was well before the shot and they weren't in the bonus. They would have had to throw up a desperation shot at the buzzer.
The refs let them play all game and there were calls all game that could have went either way. They called it both ways.
Just to cheer the Muppets! Gonna be a long day at work tomorrow here in cbus but I can't wait to hear the whining from everybody at work (which is Ohio state) Whooooo
I have imagined great victories, and I have imagined great races. The races are better.
In my case it was drinking. I needed a few after this one just to calm down. My god. I hope this helps us in the tourney. What a mess.
Trey Burke! Tim Hardaway Jr! Mitch McGary! GO BLUE!!
Go. Damn. Blue.
Avatar is a reference to this. Go Blue!
I'm spent. Three words before I call it a try night: Timmy Trey Mitch.
"Play hard and with great effort"
GO BLUE.
I am sick and tired of these monkey flipping buckeyes in this monday-to-friday state!

"That's some catch, that Catch-22," he observed.
"It's the best there is," Doc Daneeka agreed.
in football and basketball deserves muppets.
I couldn't stand during the game - my knees were shaking so bad and my stomach was doing flips.
Born in Ohio to a Catholic family, but I went Blue
ok, in no particular order:
I am on vacation in Honolulu, I was asked today to honor my (M alum) father for a lifetime achievement award when I get back home, my (M alum) GF has been amazing to me today (censored for the kids). and Michigan BEATS OHIO!
I would gladly live this day over and over again and its not even dinner time yet. Could signing day be even better?

Ohio with a passion. But right now I continue to hate them with a smile on my face.
Go Blue!
