That's a little disappointing from the standpoint of getting to see Henne play. That puts Henne at first backup at best for the next two years. Unless Pennington gets injured, which is very plausible.


I don't understand why anyone wants Pennington anymore. He has had several surgeries on his throwing shoulder and his passes take years to reach their target. No one will respect the Dolphins passing game with Pennington under center. The Dolphins are rebuilding, so I would think it would best to start the younger QBs (Beck or Henne) and let them develop until the team is rebuilt over next few years. Puzzling decision by Parcells here.
