Tim's final ballot after the jump.

Shakeup at the top: Some of this was due to the haste with which I assembled the poll, so bear with me. Alabama is at the top now (moving down Texas). Alabama has probably been the best team over the course of the year, and they have the resume to prove it. Texas is at #2, because though their strength of schedule isn't quite as tough, they've been beating the hell out of mot teams they've played, including the tougher tests. Switched TCU and Cincy back the way they should be, and moved Florida ahead of Cincinnati. I think Florida is justified being behind the Frogs, because their schedule strength is similar, they've really scraped by some teams, including ones that are just OK (Tennessee, Arkansas, MIssissippi State).
I hadn't really thought about this factor, but assuming a win against Georgia, Georgia Tech has probably done enough to move past Boise State. I'll have to take a closer look at it following the weekend, assuming the Broncos aren't upset by Nevada.
Toward the back of the poll, Clemson is re-inserted after being left off of the draft ballot. That was merely an oversight, so they're back in, and have actually moved up a couple spots. North Carolina also moves in, replacing Wisconsin. Though Northwestern's record (8-4), looks pretty good, I have a hard time believing that any team on the border who has lost to the Wildcats deserves to be ranked.
