WOOOOOOOOO NOVAK/DOUGLASS BANNER IS GO

WOOOOO THIS GUY IS SAD

2012-March-4-18-26-50[1]

WOOO I HAD TIME TO GET A PHD BETWEEN BUFORD HITTING THAT SHOT AND THE GAME OFFICIALLY ENDING

WOOOO DOES ANYONE WANT TO KNOW ABOUT POSTMODERN ARCHITECTURE

And you can't have one without the other...

Beilein and company just killed a lot of nasty streaks in one year. Congratulations. Next year Michigan quadruples its number of consensus four-stars on the roster; this kind of thing is going to be the norm.

BONUS: Kellen Russell is Michigan's first ever four time Big Ten wrestling champion.

Incredible.  I don't have adjectives to sum it up.

So well-deserved.

We don't need to raise a banner to retire Zach or Stu's number - we're raising an even better banner this year!

I feel dirty watching that game.  Glad to see Sparty choke given they consider themselves an elite basketball school.

Hopefully Michigan can take care of business next year so we don't have to root for these teams.

What an amazing turnaround for a team that lost its best player from last season, had a mediocre season from their returning "star", and absolutely no depth in the frontline.  I agree that winning B1G titles will be far more common going forward, but let's see if this team can add a BTT while they are at it.

Lose Morris.

Witness inexplicably disappointing year from Hardaway.

Play in toughest conference in the country.

Get Big Ten title banner.

Beilein & Hoke for king.

a peek at RCMB.  How exactly did we "back in" to a championship?  We finished by winning 7 of 8 and beating the team that just beat State by ten.  State backed into their share if anything, or should I say hung onto their share by a daisy.

Buford.... wow.  That was a big time game.  That game may put him on some NBA radars.

Isn't the answer obvious?  RCMB is populated by petty and small people who can't stand to give Michigan their due.  Doesn't matter, I've never needed the respect or approval of State to enjoy Michigan success.  I'm kind of glad that it hurts them that we are co-Big 10 Champs with them this season.  Enjoy the butthurt Sparty.  Great to be a Michigan Wolveirne.

They lost their last two games and are saying we backed into a B1G championship? They should be thankful we lost to Purdue because we could have won it outright.

To put the time in perspective when we last experienced this feeling I was still MGrowyoung and was only 5 years removed from my degree.  It's been quite a while.......

At least it happened before I was Mgrowdead.

This is in no way meant to invalidate awesomeness or how long that game took to end.  But as a PhD student, my PhD still feels longer and I don't think this is a comment on my level of Michigan fandom.  PhD's just feel like forevarrrrr.
