What do you guys think is th ebest college football jersey besides michigan i am trying to decide which one ot buy and i already have a michigan one any help would be good thanks. Im leaning towards wyoming right now.
Get yourself a Tebow jersey and be blessed.
and usually I don't comment on spelling because hey, I am not the best at spelling myself. It is just that you have it in your headline. College is spelled with two l's
colege - it paiz divedenz
yeah sorry about that typing mistake.
Anyone else catch the Army/Navy game this year? I thought Army's uniforms were great. Kind of like what Oregon has been trying but unable to accomplish.
Yeah those ones were sweet i actually liked th eones navy had on better accept the army helmet's e amazing and the coolest thing i have ever seen.
Those comoflague (spelling?) helmets and pants of Army were awesome!
i really have always liked penn state's and how simple they are.
I'm not big on USC but their UNI's are pretty cool. A number 5 Reggie Bush USC jersey will never go out of style. If you want a really gross jersey go for Ohio State.
jersey. the wings on the shoulders are kinda gay, but i like the diamond pattern they had before.
One of the million Oregon jerseys available, I like the one with the wings on the shoulders.
I think that the wings are supposed to be armour or something those ones are great though and i would probably die before i wore an Ohio State jersey.
I really miss the half-cut jersey tops that teams used to wear. It always made the players look badass on the field. I'm also nostalgic for RB's carrying towels in their back pocket and linemen who wore oversized shoulder/back pads. God I miss the 80's/90's.
in his OU home jersey in that case. Of course your talking about the tear away ones...sweet!
Nothing like watching Marcus running with the defender holding nothing but part of his jersey, while he's taking it to the house.
And then there's the Troy Aikman Towel, tucked in the front of the pants! That was big pimpin, and I always used to tuck my towel in front while at the gym.
Oh, yeah... Regarding jerseys... problem for me is some of the jerseys I like are worn by teams I hate. For example, Oklahoma, and, *sigh*... Florida.
Get a Duke jersey!
light blue jersey is unique, cool in the San Diego alternate jersey style.
Texas's jersey color is unique and pretty cool.
Tennessee's home unis - orange with huge numbers.
You've got a number of options. Pick your color and then pick your team.
Won National Championship, cool color scheme, best mascot ever, and I-AA so there will never be a conflict of interest.
Get a michigan hockey jersey. Way better than any other teams football jersey.
As for other cool football jerseys, I always liked the texas home, virginia tech, and pittsburgh jerseys.
Texas' Away jerseys.
Ohio State's jerseys prior to this edition, with the grey on the arm near the shoulder. I blame the jersey change for our poor performance on the big stage lately.
Other ones I like, all home:
Tennessee's all-oranges (no idea why)
Away jerseys for basically every team look awful to me.
I especially enjoyed it how USC and UCLA both played with their home jerseys. That looked sharp.
As for Ohio State, when did they change their jersey's? I'm not exactly a buff on this history of jersey's in college football.
More teams need to do it. There is rarely an issue of uniforms looking so alike that you can't tell the difference.
I think Ohio State changed its jerseys after the 2005 season, but I'm not 100 percent sure. I know people actually have blamed our big game struggles of late on the change, and done so with a straight face. Sad, isn't it? I can be superstitious, but a jersey change won't make you blow coverages, miss tackles and commit stupid penalties.
On another note, some teams should never change their jersey due to the fact they never really have changed their jerseys all that much: Alabama, USC, Penn State, et al. are among them. Michigan State tries really hard to be those teams and fails. They badly need a jersey change.
well the differences in USC have been subtle... for instance when Polamalu was there they had different striping and I thought it looked horrible. now its the real thick one line of yellow over the orange that looks hot.
Definitely not orange.
Michigan's at home and away jersey. That solves everything there. lol. Hey, pogue are you a buckeyes fan?
Mm-hmm. Call me Token.
I'll admit to liking OSU's jerseys....arrrrr that's painful to say.
Also USC, Alabama, Delaware (lol), Illinois, Notre Dame, Florida State
WORST: Northwestern, Oregon, Kentucky, Penn State, MSU (their uniforms could be much better, but as of right now they are butt-ass ugly), Oregon State, South Carolina, LSU.....probably many more.
Why would you buy another school's jersey?
Why would you buy a random school when you can go home and away... or perhaps start adding multiple numbers??
Must admit, it's become a point of contention between myself and Mrs. 60... "Why do we need all these jerseys in here... they're all Michigan?"
I want to see Michigan in blue play OSU in red next year.
Oh, and UNC has awesome football jerseys.
would be great to see Blue vs. Scarlett.
You're buying another team's jersey? May I ask why?
O just for a little change when the michigan one becomes to dirty to wear but i feel that having multiple michigan jerseys even though i love michigan is kind of a waste of money.
But buying a jersey from a team you don't really like isn't a waste of money?
Maybe instead of shopping for a different jersey you should buy a washing machine.
Or spend the money on a few dates so you can get a wife.
some people like college sports and want to have some different jerseys. I like the black UGA jerseys. I like the burnt orange Texas jerseys, the blue UCLA jerseys. Not a big deal at all.
Thank you Andrew thats all i was going to say other college football from other teams are pretty neat especially when you look at ones that you do not usually see like the schools in the MAC for example.
I just don't know anyone who owns a football jersey (college or pro) for any reason other than to support that team. If I saw someone wearing a jersey and said, "So, you're a _____ fan, huh?" and their response was "naw man, I just think the jersey looks cool" I would think they were retarded or making a rap video.
There are certainly other teams jerseys that I think look cool. I just don't know why I would ever want to buy one.
