Let's hope this improves throughout the Big Ten season. Go Blue!
It's funny, on a lot of blogs/sites people have been looking at pre-season rankings and predictions and they are all suddenly doing this -
I love it.
I mentioned this earlier but it bears repeating: after tonight's gimme, we're facing possibly the most pivotal week of the season. I know that sounds like hyperbole but I'm serious. We play back-to-back home conference games, against two good teams (Wisconsin and Illinois), and it's during the break so the students and pep band won't be there, thus weakening our homecourt advantage. If you can make it, please do so. I consider those games tossups. We could well drop both of those games and then find ourselves in a hole with 9 of our remaining 16 conference games on the road. We absolutely must get at least a split, and a sweep would be huge.
are we #1 yet?
He's from Flint / any chance he's Blue? / do we want him?
Assuming that the rule that applies in football that prohibits players from transferring from a Big 10 school to another Big 10 school, and receiving a scholarship at the new school*** applies across all sports, I am going to doubt that this kid winds up Blue.
