Basketball: New assistant hired
Assistant coach and instate recruiting maven Charles Ramsey was hired as the EMU head coach a couple months ago, creating a vacancy on the staff. That vacancy has been filled by Dayton assistant Mike Jackson.
Jackson clearly meets the staff's need for a guy with Michigan connections. He graduated from Detroit in '95 and has PSL connections left and right. Hopefully he hits it off with Jackson/Sims/Herzog.
Update: Speaking of Jackson and Herzog, alum_at_acc posted an informative recap of a game their AAU team, the Michigan Hurricanes, played at the Bob Gibbons tournament.
