I was reading some free stuff on rivals about some of Barwis's techniques, and let me tell you, this guy could be a master fitness instructor for the Army. He states how the athletes do a lot of sand pit drills. We used to do the same drills when I was stationed at Fort Bragg, NC. After doing these drills for x amount of weeks, my entire platoon felt much more agile and explosive on harder surfaces ie.. grass. This guy is going to redefine strength and explosiveness in Michigan football. Stay Tuned.
