I probably could have posted this with eight minutes left but I didn't want to tempt the jinx gods. That was awesome from the instant Michigan started going zone. Big ups to Matt Vogrich—the Vogrinch saved Christmas—CAM TATUM(!!!), Zack Novak, and… uh… everyone. Even Blake McLimans played well.

Muppets? Muppets.

And you can't have one without the other…

We just threw a team into a volcano in the NCAA tournament. A volcano is what Tennessee is in.

First, WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Second, can I put in a request to the boys at MGoVideo for a rush job on the video? I missed about 2/3 of the second half for a work related matter.

The team is peaking at the right time.  Looking forward to the match-up with in the second round.  Not going to predict a victory (a guaranteed jinx) but expect a great game.

and it was worth every drop of nose blood!!!  I was around a lot of Tennessee fans who even in the beginning were quiet.  It's like they expected their team to lose.

It seemed like the entire stadium was UM fans too.  Very few cheers for UT even when they led.

When "Stu's short-white-guy-monster-slam" went in even the Duke and Carolina fans were amazed.

Bring on Duke.  Let's give them all they can handle and then more!

BOOM GOES THE DYNAMITE.

Great win, I really think we can run with Duke next game.

Also, I'm sorta a newb here, can someone give me a back story on all these muppet videos?

Temptation and because you can't have one without the other, The Hawaiian War Chant have been played by the Michigan Marching Band after games at least for 40+ years and as such are nearly as beloved around here as The Victors.

I was so impressed by the team today. They played such fundamentally sound basketball, and the contrast to UT was stark. We had guys pulling up to avoid the charge, UT's guys just drove straight ahead. We had guys boxing out for rebounds, (how else to explain Novak's 10 rebounds, great hustle yes, but also great positioning and effort) UT was just reaching. Our offense was constant motion, UT just stood around and jacked up poor percentage shots.

When we were 1 for 9 from the three point line, I got a little nervous, thinking, Oh NO, not one of those games. But the guys just turned it around and started hitting everything. Hats off to Vogrich who really got things going and totally changed the momentum.

This team has got grit written all over it. Regardless of what happens Sunday, I'm going to remember today's game for a LLLLOOOONNNNGGGG time.

Credit to Beilein for making the adjustments, but also credit to the players for being "coachable."
