All this for a semifinal win. The utter lack of class in EL will be even more apparent if they win on Monday.
This article says there were 60 arrests: http://www.lansingstatejournal.com/article/20090405/NEWS01/304050002
Still, on the whole, pretty tame for MSU standards. MSU has rioted over both wins and losses, so I expect the real fireworks will be on Monday.
The funny thing is how the police are saying that they are proud of the students after only a few arrests also whats with th ecouch burning is it a tradition at east lansing.
Only twenty arrests is a PR victory, so few in fact I'm surprised it even made it to CNN/SI.
