Hey kids. I've been fiddling about with tables and have finally gotten the offense together for our 2014 recruiting board. Por ejemplo:

It's a short board, which helped. Now that the formatting is formatted the defense should be along shortly, followed by the burgeoning 2015 class. Note: the recruiting board is a wiki page, which means you can update it if you have 500 points.

It has always been like that since way back. I think it's almost like a joke thing now, but you get used to it and it grows on you.
Plus I like the name Ned.

When I was an undergrad I was friends with a player named Erik Knuth who had hands like this... it looked like he was perpetually wearing winter gloves on, his hands were huge and thick.
You know what they say about guys with huge and thick hands...
Large wedding bands.
That is to say if they evern wear wedding bands.
Guys with huge and thick hands are more likely than not in the construction business. Very dangerous to wear jewelry of any kind in that profession.

Love the old recruiting board. Glad you're bringing it back, Brian. I think you had it in the Blogspot phase, no? Many ppl will not know the long, illustrious history of the board.
Sad Josh is an oldie but a goodie.
I've been waiting for this. It's hard to keep all the names and offers straight, and to know who is a serious candidate, as well as those who are unlikely to come.

...but one suggestion: for the "YMRMFSPA" notes, comparing recruits to guys who haven't yet seen the field (for instance, comparing Bushell-Beatty to Tuley-Tillman or Cole to Bosch) isn't that useful.
None of us have seen Tuley-Tillman or Bosch play other than maybe a highlight reel or two of them beating up 220-lb high school defensive linemen. Many of us have read their recruiting reports, so we know what they're supposed to be like, but it still feels like building a projection on top of a projection.
When you build a projection on top of a projection you have more time in the world you created to hide your idea.
You can't be afraid to dream a bit bigger, darling.
it should be noted that i am pretty excited about our tight end situation. funchess, butt and bunting are quite a trio. and who knows who else will be coming in the pipeline.
And saying Butt Bunting Funchess is just fun.
I would expect to receive a commitment from KJ Williams if Scott does not commit, hell we may even take both.
Edit: Why do alot of people expect Hilliman to join the class? I don't doubt them, I just don't remember seeing anything about his favorites.
Hilliman recently put Michigan in his top six or top eight or something like that.
