Trey Burke, G, Michigan: As a freshman, Burke (14.8 ppg, 4.6 apg) led Michigan to a share of the Big Ten title. He enters 2012-13 as one of the most prolific point guards in America.
. . .
Tim Hardaway Jr., G, Michigan: Burke’s backcourt mate was equally pivotal in Michigan’s push for the Big Ten title after averaging 14.6 ppg last season.

Nick Baumgardner did a write up on the Lebron James Skills Academy (Link Here), and noted that Burke and Hardaway Jr. were among the 6 standouts at the camp. Burke was noted as looking 'particularly outstanding', by Joe Kotoch of ProBasketballDraft.com, who chose Burke as his 'best slasher' and 'best midrange shooter'.
Over at the college basketball watercooler blog on ESPN.com Myron Medcalf named his Avengers team for the 2012-2013 season. Which consists of Nerlens Noel, Cody Zeller, Doug McDermott, Peyton Siva, and Trey Burke. Basically this is a preseason All American team and I thought it was cool to see a Michigan player getting some publicity. When was the last time a Michigan Basketball player was a preseason All-American.
NEVER LEAVE COLLEGE:
There have been two recent Tweets that hint that Burke may be returning:
Suz @OhhSuzannah: @suckatsports report from church. The Burke family is telling members of our congregation that Trey's staying another year. We'll see!
Take it FWIW. Didn't see anything on the Board on the most recent "information". Hopefully these tea leaves are accurate!
MOD Edit: Moved to board. Commence HAPPY FREAK OUT! [zl]
I did a site search to make sure this hasn't been posted, but I'm sure it could've been in the thread with 300+ posts.
Nonetheless, it makes some GREAT points to Burke and not everyone is going to sift through 300 posts to find the article if it is in there.
It's supposed to be unbiased --- it's by one of the editors on ESPN's WolverineNation (Bob McClellan).
