"He makes it really easy on you as a coach because he has tremendous football instincts," Michigan tight ends coach Jay Harbaugh said. "Things come really naturally to him. He doesn't have to see things too many times. He has a good sense for how things should look and feel, and he's a tough, physical guy."
Whatever field you used to hate the most, be it Boise State's Smurf Turf, Notre Dame's with knee-high, shoelace grabbing turf, or OSU's with its ample supply of sacrificed goat blood--they don't compare to this abomination. Thank goodness they don't play on TV.
It looks like the Nike influenced uniforms that OSU will be wearing this fall when the Mighty Wolverines travel to the snakepit in Columbus will have a military theme "honoring" their 1942 team. They will include a camoflague theme on the numbers as well as a flag patch and more. The link does not include pictures, but the designs are supposed to be released by Nike tomorrow.
On a related vomit inducing note, the Alabama uniforms are going to have a houndstooth pattern to "honor" Bear Bryant.
Thank God, Yost, Crisler, & Schembechler we have Adidas provided uniforms.
