"Coach Mattison told me what the Ravens were about, what he thought," Beyer said. "He definitely encouraged me. I hold his opinion in high regard."
A friend of mine who recently moved to the Bay Area raised an interesting question this week:
Fellow Michigan alums - Is there a standard response to being told "Go Blue!" by a stranger when they see you/your kid/your car in Michigan gear? I feel like there should be some sort of "'peace be with you'...'and also with you'" sort of call-and-answer, but I'm always caught off guard. And it's happening *a lot* since we moved to the Bay Area...
This seemed like the best place for her to get some good answers, so I agreed to post it for her. Until she asked me, I would have said my usual response is to repeat "Go Blue" back to the person in a firmer tone and ever-so-slightly louder voice. But from now on I'm going with alaikum salaam.
Brady Hoke is on Sportscenter right now talking about the upcoming Ohio State v Oregon game. Right out of the gate he called them Ohio and had to correct himself to Ohio State, presumably for TV purposes.
Despite his downfall as head coach, I think we can all appreciate how much, regardless of his departure, he still loves Michigan.
Haters are gonna hate and say the Ohio schtick is old hat but I respect a guy who sticks with it despite his circumstances.
MOAR LOVE for Michigan !
Trey hit the game winner against the Magic. He's had a few game winners already as a rook and he seems to be charging toward the end of the season! He's got that killer attitude and is not afraid of missing a shot.
I hope he and GR3 will play together again in the near future !
This time of year belongs to Michigan ! GO BLUE!
That is all.
So, he's pretty good right? Will Gallon surpass Rice's NFL output? Is Brendan Gibbons going to stay for the next ten years in order to go 30 for 30 in a row? Will we have room for all the commits that are surely coming?
