Peyton Manning was interviewed on NPR this morning with Eli and Archie to plug the children's book they wrote together. The host asked Peyton why he decided against going to Ole Miss after his father played there.
Peyton's answer paraphrased:
Oh, I don't know. I almost went to Ole Miss; I was ready to go there. My problem was that you had to just choose one school. I would've loved to go to Ole Miss for a couple of years, then go to the University of Michigan for a couple of years, then go to Tennessee.
Maybe a Heisman would've been behind Door No. 2, Peyton.
