"The University of Illinois is also in turmoil. The university sports an Interim Chancellor, an Interim Athletic Director, and an Interim Football Coach; the game will be played at Soldier Field, making this an Illini Interim Home Game."
I saw this commercial last night and thought the late crowd might enjoy.
How can you go wrong with Wolverines attacking in a "Simulated Arctic environment."?
Newish Adidas commercial featuring Justice's new song Civilization, it's tight but it could have been awesome.
Flip to 1:30 into the video and shortly you'll see a quick clip of what looks like Rudolph scoring on Michigan, but I'm pretty sure this play got called down at the 1.
I hate that Adidas implies that ND scored on this play and I hate that they feature ND and their ugly stadium. Come on, show the big house on a Maize Out or something spectacular, after all we still sell more merchandise than they do (ref).
My big question is why didn't they show the longest run in Notre Dame stadium history and the obvious highlight of the game: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r_xePqfTAi8
So, if you haven't seen the new Old Spice commercials, they're extremely ridiculous and awesome. What's even better is that they've set up a youtube channel and twitter account, and they're filming impromptu video responses to questions that they've been getting over the past day or so. It's a pretty cool marketing technique, and most of the responses are good as well. They've posted something like 150+ responses in the past day or so.
I have seen this about 10 times in the past three days, and every time I see it, I wonder what sort of drugs played a role in creating this thing.
I'm not sure if it's awesome or terrible, but I keep watching it intently trying to divine some greater meaning, but IT'S NOT THERE! AHHHH!
