I wouldn't have bothered starting a thread, but I know many of us really like to see the Northern Lights, and tonight they are supposed to be out in force such that many in the lower 48 might see them. For any who haven't ever seen them, or haven't lately, do yourself a favor and if the skies are clear over you tonight, take a look. EDIT: The Tigers also won today, having won 4 straight after cratering for 9 games. If the Orioles hang on to their lead, the tigers will only be 2 games out.
Overall I'm happy with the draft, but would have liked to see another linebacker and a corner. Maybe Scooby Wright III in the 7th instead of the RB.
Also would've liked to see Burbridge instead of the LS, when we already have a Pro-bowl LS who signed an extension over the offseason.
In this draft, Quinn focused on needs more than best player available.

Luke Walton has agreed to a deal to become the next head coah of the Los Angeles Lakers. He previously turned down an offer from the New York Knicks.
Walton was a Warriors assistant last season and was the interm head coach at the beggining of this season, leading the Warriors to a 39-4 record, with a NBA-all-time-record 24-0 start. This was befor eSteve Kerr came back and he went back to being an assistant.
Walton was a part of the 2009 and 2010 Lakers NBA Championship teams.
His duties as head coach will start at the end of this season.
It is such a great time of the year right now. The trout opener is tomorrow, the turkey opener for most people is Monday, and the 'Harbaugh just Steam-rolled the SEC' opener was yesterday.

Not sure if this has been discussed yet, but saw this article in the Seattle Times regarding a UW infographic advising women how to do their makeup and hair for cheer-team. It's really pissed a lot of people off here, including those in the cheer community who feel it belittles the athletic nature of cheer. More than anything, I just wonder how the hell does this stuff get approved? People in charge are in charge just because...
