good luck with that
Since there is so much interest in BLL, I thought I would mention JUB will be at Rackham Auditorium tonight at 7pm for a book reading, Q&A and signing. Apparently there will be presigned copies available and he mentioned on WTKA that he will sign personalized copies. It is a free event, so a great opportunity and they will be taking audience questions.
He also has an extensive list of appearances here .
There are signings throughout the country.
You can also listen to the WTKA podcasts from his appearance on the show yesterday here.
Since we are in lock-down mode for OT season, but an express waiver was given by LSA for drinking threads, here it is.
What is in your glass/bottle/can? EDIT: I should add that I'm having some red-pop, as usual. Blackstone merlot, pleasant, not too sweet.
What was the agenda for your Saturday? I see a number of you watched an actual, and apparently very exciting, college football game.
And while we're at it, where are you going to be Thursday for kick-off? I will be ending football practice early and sending the kids home so that we can make it back to our home for kick off. We re-up'd on satellite TV yesterday, so we wait with anticipation.

This is probably one of the last visible reminders that anyone will see before the official end of OT Season in about (30 minutes).
At this point, you may as well not bother if you have an OT thread idea. Chances are that it will disappear sometime before tomorrow at lunch.
I know you're growing weary of these, but the more people I catch, the better, especially because the cutoff is not on a weekend this time.
A few of us, fellow Michigan athletics junkies, are now MBA students starting our first year at Michigan, and this week we have a big project designed to help businesses in Detroit's Brightmoor neighborhood develop positive business models in their community. Each of our sections will be showcasing our business ideas tomorrow (Thursday) at Eastern Market from 11:30AM to 2:00PM. If you're in the Metro Detroit area and can swing by on your lunch hour, it would mean a lot to us (and Section 5 in particular). Stop by and say hi, I'll be the guy wearing the Bo/Harbaugh skinny M hat.
Mods feel free to delete if this is too far from the beaten path.
"The University of Michigan is one of the world’s 25 best universities and the best school in the Big Ten, according to the Academic Ranking of World Universities by Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
The survey ranked UM No. 24 and 17th in the U.S.
