“On the offense last year, they had great spacing. That’s what I remember. Great spacing, great shooters, like Nik Stauskas, who’s not there right now. But they always have someone to fill the roles. They have a cutting offense, kind of hard to guard.”
Per the Dallas Morning News, "In a Twitter post, Pete Thamel of the New York Times reported that Baylor 'appears to have bumped' Colorado in the expansion sweepstakes."
Could the Buffaloes find themselves homeless along with Kansas? Would B10 want them to get the Denver market?
I didn't see this posted anywhere. Delany will address the media at 4.
@ESPN_BigTen is supposed to update on Twitter (that's Rittenberg).

Instead of covering arguably one of the most important days in American history, the history channel decides to do an Ice Road Truckers marathon. I grew up watching a lot of programming on the history channel. In recent years I haven't watched nearly as much, but I noticed the Ice Road Truckers marathon when I was flipping throw channels and was really confused. June 6th always used to be a huge day for the History Channel, with tons of really cool WWII programming. When did the History Channel totally sell out?
Absolutely destroyed the competition. Scored 92 points (second place AA Pioneer had 44 points, 3rd place Lansing Eastern had 28).
Defending state champion East Kentwood once again overpowered the rest of the competition, capturing the Division 1 track and field state championship. The Falcons scored a meet-record 92 points, had five first-place finishes and set two state-meet records.
The Falcons had set the previous state-meet scoring record with 79 points last year.
They are so dominant that last week they earned the No. 1 ranking in the country by NikeTrackNationals.com.
Way to go Falcons
Hope everyone is ok, and none of those Tornados sighted everywhere were close to you. Up till 5 mopping and toweling water in the basement, and trying to get my dryer to work faster. My dry-loc held up ok, and sump pump was a fountain, but toughed it out. But it came down so hard and fast, when the water got calf high on one side of the house, it just started wsterfalling through the window. And of course THAT much created new spots to patch. Oh...then when I went to try and buy a pump and hose to move the water (shoveling was a lost cause), and dirt to mound and angle it away, Meijers closes the registers because of the 2nd Tornado Warning. After waiting 20 minutes past the warning expiring and them not opening the registers back up, I left. Do I've got some projects this week, if it ever gets dry. How about you? Survive the weather?
Just like the Texas legislature tanked the deal the last time Texas was set to move to the Pac 10, they might once again overplay their hand. They are preparing to demand that all four Texas teams - Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech and Baylor - be included in any deal, with Colorado being dropped to make room for Baylor. You couldn't make this stuff up if you tried.
