Mason NEEDS this, Pistons, after all you've put him through
I know many of us took advantage of the offer a while back when 247 was advertising a free trial for the remainder of the year.
Fast forward to now, and they've charged my credit card for a month of access. Anyone else have this experience?
got a reply from support, while he says I signed up for the wrong thing (which I'm 99.9% sure I didn't...), he immediately offered a refund and to "change" my subscription so as to get the trial through the end of the year. good enough.
however, since they're claiming we all screwed up and it wasn't a bug, you should probably email support.
My question is kind of boring, so if people want to use this thread talk about memorabilia generally, go ahead.
But in my case specifically, I have a minihelmet signed by Hoke 1 year ago, that I hope to have signed by Denard later today. Once that happens, as you can probably understand I will really want to keep this helmet and the signatures on it in good condition. What is the best way to do this? I already keep it in a plastic display case, away from direct light, but are there any more steps I can take? I feel like I heard somewhere about potentially laminating it, is that possible? This is the one piece of Michigan memorabilia that I really care about, and I want it to stay perfect!
Thanks in advance
American forward Jozy Altidore is being transferred from AZ Alkmaar in the Dutch league to Sunderland in the Premier league. Reportedly Sunderland runs a 4-4-2 so he'll be paired on top.
Hope he gets lots of playing time -- he had all of it at Alkmaar, but will have to prove himself at Sunderland.
(For non-soccer fans, Joze is one of the national team's very best players and a rising star; his transfer back into England for his professional club hopefully bodes well for his development, just like our goalkeepers as well as Clint Dempsey. This has been a long-rumored transfer, and it's great to see it came through. I hope. If he doesn't get playing time, well...)
OK, so the next person I see at the office today will be the first, and it's July, so the Michigan news isn't exactly pouring in (even the coaches get some vacation time now) and it's only just after 10 am. So I think we're left to entertain ourselves. So don't just posbang to posbang.....EARN that posbang. Post something funny. Pics tell a thousand words. Animated ones are even better. See if you can find that one that hasn't been posted a thousand times yet, but should be. Or even just tell us how you're going to get through the day.
I think you've just found out how I'm trying to....
As the title says, MSU is under investigation for their use of planes operated by the state of Michigan for recruting trips by Dantonio and Izzo. The investigation began after the Lansing State Journal ran a series on the planes and how they are utilized. Over a five year period, Dantonio and Izzo combined for 102 flights on state-operated flights. As you likely assumed, The University of Michigan can handle it's own recruiting travel arrangements and is not under investigation.
Perhaps this has been covered before, but we're awesome:
