the season has truly begun now
A couple weeks ago, I put together a google map with all of the Michigan bars I'm aware of (and also everything from the spreadsheet that bouje has been maintaining.) The map is here.
Hopefully this will prevent the "where's the Michigan bar in Pittsburgh/Fresno/Topeka/wherever" threads that pop up every week, but if your favorite gameday hangout isn't on here, put it in the thread and let me know. I'll do my best to keep the map up to date.
I just came across this video and it got me so pumped, I had to share. Since this hype video has probably already been posted, I decided I'd make a thread dedicated to our favorite 2014 hype videos. As if we're not already pumped enough. Go Blue!!
Alright guys and gals let's talk tailgating one more time.
Wondering what the tailgating hot spots are around the stadium?
Where do you like to set up camp?
Where is most reasonable? Easy access? Affordable entry?
I know a lot of people love the Golf Course, but will it be open tomorrow? Might rain.
I have tailgated in the golf course a few times and really enjoy being there, but what time does it open tomorrow morning??
Announces at 2pm ET on ESPN.com
There is a paywalled article on ESPN regarding it, unfortunately it's not looking good.
Basically it talks about how distance has became a key factor for him and that's why NC State is the presumed leader.
Lets hope they're wrong, GO BLUE!
I noticed the similar thread posted earlier about personal traditions/rituals, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for.
My MGoFamily has been growing recently. I now have two small children running around in Maize & Blue without really knowing why. :)
What I am trying to figure out is what kind of family traditions we can start to implement in order to get the kids excited for Michigan Football Saturdays.
What traditions do you do with your kids/family? Do you do anything to get them hyped for gamedays?
I posted a thread earlier in the week about taking my son to his first UM game. I didn't know where I was sitting, but didn't care because the tickets were FREE!!!!!!
I am geeked to be going for the first time in years, and sharing the tradition with my son!!!!
Where's everyone else sitting?!?!
Did I mention I am geeked??? Have I used enough punctuation!?!??!
MOD EDIT - at the suggestion of a couple people, the photo of the ticket is down as the barcode was visible and that open the doors to scams. - LSA
