Hey everyone, I'm bringing a ladyfriend who knows bare minimum about football ("A touchdown is 6 points, right?") to her first live game this Saturday.
In a shameless process of indoctrination, my deal with her is that she will study/watch one article or video per day until Saturday
I already sent her "The State of MI Football (for Dummies)" , a little heavy for a first read, I know, but I think she did fine with it.
Soooo...I've got a few more days...what would y'all recommend as "must reads" before then?? (online stuff only! no books and such)
Michigan will not lose to Uconn this Saturday #TheBeard guarantees it! We getting back to Michigan football this season tell em #1 said that
Good to see Braylon thinking positively on game week and supporting the team rather than unintentionally stirring up some negative controversy. Wanted to share it because it fired me up and I thought those still peeved at him for "Lloyd Carr's Michigan" and other such overblown fiascos could welcome him back like a prodigal son. Now if only we could find somebody to wear that #1...
So im curious as to what my fellow MGOBLOGGERS think the attendence will be for the game saturday. Ill be there with my pops sitting in section 10 the same place i sat for the WMU game last year. But with the the new capacity set at 109,901 im expecting the all time big house attendance record to be broken (112,118). Maybe, 113,000? I guess were all going to have to wait until the 3rd quarter as usual to find out. Either way lets make UConn go potty in their pants with some noise.
Not surprising to see this middle-of-the-pack sort of ranking, although IMO the duo (or apparently trio) will need to exceed these expectations for us to have a successful season.
