Attempts to console himself by using false logic that doesn't apply to dilithium. Also references to MGoBlog's HE16MAN shirt.
I just wrote an article for U Recruit on Karlos WIlliams, but I withheld some of the Michigan information for here.
I talked to Karlos (6'2, 210 lb. Safety, Ridge High School, Florida) about his commitment to FSU, and how Michigan plays into that. As I've said before, he has stated that if Michigan is having a good season, and he has the time, there's a good chance that he could visit for the Iowa game. It looks like Michigan is doing a lot to help themselves. "[Michigan] is proving that they want to become an elite team again, of course I'm still watching them," he said.
In the beginning of the season Karlos said that he wanted to see Michigan show that they were a good team again. They're doing that in his mind. He hasn't decided if he can get up for a visit or not yet, but it could get interesting soon. A win against MSU would help, IMO, tremendously.
Thought for someone who wants an idea to research. Everyone is talking about how many hits Denard is taking and could he withstand a full season. Is anyone or could anyone put together a database of WHO is hitting him. How many are from db's, safeties, lb's, and dl. How many are shoe string tackles, him running out of bounds, as opposed to squared and wrapped tackles. I see a lot of trip ups, a lot of tackles in stride, and a hell of a lot of DB's who are about his size making hits on him. Maybe it's just me
So I don't know if anyone has already asked about this but I haven't seen anything. In fact it is tough to find a board entry that isn't about Denard (which I get it). I was scrolling through to Saturday to make sure that the BTN was going to be playing the Michigan game and I see Ohio State vs Ohio. I assume that is some kind of regional airing and there is no way around it. Does anyone know differently? Since I live in Florida I can't stream the game because that is for those outside the US.
Does anyone have any solutions to this or am I generally screwed here?
It appears that HaHa may not be 100% committed to Saban. Did the visit and what's happened so far this year give us a chance at landing the top safety prospect in the country? Here's to continued winning and the recruiting flood gates opening.
