in re: is GRIII on a tear
Typically the Sports Science videos are pretty cool, but not worthy of an MGoBlog post, in my opinion. This one is different. I think this is absolutely sweet, and it showcases a little bit of Larry Fitzgerald's raw skill.
P.S. I tried to embed the video, but wasn't able. I clicked the "Share" button, then copy/pasted the code from the "Embed" window, but when I previewed it here, it only showed the text. Any ideas?
Edit: Here's the embed. Thanks Dudeness!
I came across this funny article this morning. It is the significant events from the SEC in the last decade seen through facebook. And since we are in the dog days before the start of the season and posting the same things over and over I thought it would be a nice change of pace. Alright time for links.
Is it better to have an end-of-season game that doesn't have a direct bearing on the title (or worse, doesn't matter at all) or to kick decades of tradition?
Kris Frost told me yesterday that he plans on graduating early. This shouldn't effect anything with regards to Michigan. It's still looking like he'll be there for the MSU game, he'll just need to decide a little sooner than planned.
So I figure this is the place where people would appreciate this quick story...
Last night at football practice the coach had asked all the 10 yr old boys sitting around him what it takes to get people to "join the team" and "want to play together." My boy quickly pipes in, "well coach, I know that Coach Rich Rod from Michigan starts by making X amount of phone calls a week and then sends out the assistant coaches to make in home visits. Now sir, anyone with a clue knows they start with their pipeline states first."
I sat off to the side wondering where I could find a tissue. So excited about bringing him to his first gme at the Big House in a few weeks.
