Tennessee is not recruiting well just because they got 18 dudes
I was pretty certain Blue Indy would, once again, have his act together before me. He has his weekly wallpaper up for the Northwestern game and you can see it just a couple diaries below (or click here.) I was thinking he would do something cool with a cat-like theme and I was leaning towards a different direction so it should provide some good variety.
Northwestern is the only private institution in the B1G and well known as a top level research university. Their many areas of research include Astrophysics, Solar Energy, Nanotechnology, and they have done a lot of work with epilepsy and neuropathic pain.
What many do not know is that there is a secret laboratory on campus that is solely designed to study the element known as, Dilithium. They desire to harness this element in hopes to use it in making their football program better. The process is inspired by the poster hanging on the wall and gives them hope that this can be accomplished.
I created two different looks because I just was not sure if I wanted a darker or lighter pallete.
The darker one first:
And now the lighter version which I think I like best:
ONE MORE WEEK till monuMental shows his greatness in a rivalry wallpaper vs MSU.
Someone said they wanted to make a gif out of the video clip of the Young UM Fan harassing Goldy Gopher. Here's my video clip of Young UM Fan and Goldy.
So I've seen this guy on the sidelines a few times on TV wearing a headset, and I've thought "Wait a minute, why isn't Devin in uniform?" After seeing him on TV this past week with Devin obviously suited up, I decided to do some research, and shore 'nuff, Devin Gardner has a full-fledged doppleganger. His name is Roy Manning and he's listed on MGoBlue as an offensive graduate assistant coach. He played at UM from 2000-2004 and spent a few years in the NFL as a linebacker. See for yourselves:
Not totally new information from the topic below, but confirmation via a Smith presser that Posey, Herron and Hall will be out for Nebraska for being overcompensated in a summer job they held with the guy who handed out cash envelopes at the charity event, Bobby DiGeronimo. Mostly small amounts of money, a couple hundred bucks, but Posey received over $700 and will face a longer suspension. Don't worry though, he'll almost certainly be back by the time they come to Ann Arbor!
Unclear whether the pay occured this summer while they were already under investigation or in years past.
"I am held accountable," Smith said. "That's why I'm sitting here today. We have to constantly work with our student athletes to educate them about accountability ... and then educate those people around them to ensure that our student athletes aren't taken advantage of by people around them."
The title says it all, a fun little read on a few tailgaters
