fair point that
Michigan continues to recruit both Armani Reeves and Yuri Wright at the cornerback position, but recently the coaches have been in contact with another cornerback, who in fact is committed to Tennessee.
Kenneth Crawley, a soft commit to the Volunteers, is 6"1 and 170 pounds. He's rated a four-star prospect by rivals. You can see his junior film here.
Now, Crawley has been very ho-hum about this, but he admitted that Michigan, Michigan State, and Kansas all want him to visit. He seems very interested, but he's a respectful kid and doesn't want to talk about other schools while committed to UT.
Just something to keep an eye on!
My apologies if this is not a worthy thread, but they are in our conference (for now anyway) and although it is nice to see another school have a coaching search go bad, it is infact bad for the B1G to have any school struggle to find a coach.
So, once the "Saban to PSU" rumors are officially proven false, who next?
Matt Millen? Or, better yet, Matt Millen will be part of the search, and is making a push to hire Marty Morningweg! Not far off as his son is either committed, or on the roster, right?
Start the Millen and Morningweg jokes now..........Or you can "defer"
There are listings for a Jarrod Arthur Lee Wilson, Joseph Daniel Bolden and Kaleb Stefon Ringer in Michigan's online directory of current students.
Those first and last names match three verbal commitments to Michigan, although a school spokesman said Thursday the program likely will not verify they are with the team until the start of winter classes.
Jarrod Wilson is a four-star safety from Butchel High School in Akron, Ohio; Joe Bolden is a four-star linebacker from Colerain High School in Cincinnati, Ohio; and Kaleb Ringer is a three-star linebacker from Northmont High School in Clayton, Ohio.
[on Kelly] Who are you going to get to replace him ? Seriously ? WHO??????
Who would want this job? It's like going to fight opponents who are on steroids with two hands tied behind your back.
USC, Ohio St, Michigan, Miami, FSU, Oklahoma, Texas, and the entire SEC have absolutely no restrictions. You don't need to know how to read. You don't have to go to class. They have majors like doobie rollin and pimpology. They can let anyone in, they can let anyone go. They have better looking girls who take their panties off easier. And on and on it goes.
It really is hilarious to say the least.
ND needs to drop those teams. ND needs to drop Michigan St. and Michigan as well.
Teams that ND should be playing every year are:
Duke, Minnesota, Rutgers, Army, Navy, Indiana, Rice, Vanderbilt, Wake Forest, Boston College, Pitt, Washington St.
[on Rees] Hopefully this guy will get lost somewhere and never show up at ND again. Take Kelly with him.
Rees needs to be taken to the glue factory.
Any other items we can get a laugh out of on a Friday morning?
OK, I'm sure there's a lot to talk about leading up to the game between BYU and Tulsa in the Bell Helicopter (a Textron Company) Armed Force Bowl, so we might as well get an early start on breaking down the X's and O's of this one.
OK, there might be a little satire here, with some, ahem, recent open thread posts, but really, after staying up to watch the Alamo Bowl, if you're not at work anyway, is anybody going to be up before this one kicks off? (Now watch, this will cause some huge breaking news in Michigan Football that gets this bumped off the front page by noon).
I do encourage everyone to check out their website:
The multiple videos showing you that this is "not just a bowl game" would be enough, but what other 3rd rate bowl has pop up Lt. Dan, I ask you? Not just a bowl, not just a website. And a great start to a long line of games tomorr..uh, today. All of which combined will probably still not outscore the Alamo Bowl.
