Peppers at 10, which seems low.
Spent a little time making this wallpaper featuring Denard this afternoon...this is my first, I may do some more as the season approaches. Enjoy!
Lloyd Carr allegedly advised 2008 Michigan QB commit John Wienke to flip to Iowa during the Rich Rodriguez transition because it would better fit his style of play as a pro-style QB. And it clearly worked out as Wienke is now a punter at Iowa. I wonder if Carr will finally address the story from Three and Out about his willingness to sign off on any transfers. Doubt it.

Major respect to Dave Brandon who has apprently invited the kid from Oklahoma to a game. The story where the kid was forced to take off their Michigan t-shirt because the school district is full of babies with brown diapers.
Brandon said they are inviting Barton & his parents to a Michigan football game and will put him on the big screen. Also bought him a shirt
Per Angelique, who adds that Michigan has made proposals to move the game.
Does this mean New York City? It's hard to imagine a big stadium with a big draw near UConn other than it, or perhaps ... Boston?
EDIT: more tweets with more information:
On UConn game...Brandon says w state $$ to improve stadium politics are in play. Says would need waiver from state legislature
Brandon on UConn "my attitude - let's go to state legislature to move game". Realizes this is gonna be tough to accomplish
MORE UPDATES (per Angelique):
Brandon said Meadowlands was proposed venue for UM UConn. Meadowlands was very interested, he said
Brandon said "that's not Michigan" when asked if he considered buying out UConn game. "we did a contract, they control game"
According to Nick Baumgardner and others on Twitter, Dave Brandon has announced that there will 100% be a night game in 2013 at Michigan Stadium.
Brandon says UM will host a night game in 2013
No ifs and or buts there -- UTL will return to Michigan Stadium against someone next season.
Brandon -- night game No. 2 has to be special with special opponent.
Great news after the success of the first UTL. Commence speculation on who the opponent will be.
In brief, five families in Oxford Michigan offered up their homes as collateral to help the local high school pay for smurf turf. The school is coming up 300k short in terms of its ability to pay off the 400k loan, so now these individuals may lose their homes. This includes Bill Keenist, senior VP for the Lions.
Hopefully no one gets evicted over smurf turf (I can't imagine Astroturf would want to get that kind of PR) and the school can pay it off. Also, who puts their home on the block for smurf turf? This isn't Texas people...
The Yahoo Article here lists Keenist as a donor, however the PrepZone Article is more informative otherwise.
