I think the NCAA just privatized the camps. There is a great demand, so they will go on in some form. If they are not school or NCAA sponsored, what can they do? Have it called a "conference" - sign some books/photos for Alumni, have high school QB clinics, etc. (have alumni clinics too) - you allow high school athletes in for free.
U-M Athletics YouTube has finally picked up with activity. I think it's a crime that they don't upload their video content to YouTube in terms of highlights and whatnot given the CBS-run MGoBlueTV has become accessible as Area 51.
