good luck with that
A couple weeks ago, I put together a google map with all of the Michigan bars I'm aware of (and also everything from the spreadsheet that bouje has been maintaining.) The map is here.
Hopefully this will prevent the "where's the Michigan bar in Pittsburgh/Fresno/Topeka/wherever" threads that pop up every week, but if your favorite gameday hangout isn't on here, put it in the thread and let me know. I'll do my best to keep the map up to date.
Just a reminder to put your picks in. In the past only about 66% of the people that have signed up actually ended up making picks the first week. For the first time this year the league filled up and many people didn't get to sign up. With this in mind, I will be removing people that haven't put their picks in by 7pm on Friday night to give others that really want to play chance to sign up.
Group ID: 1983
Again, if your picks aren't in by Friday at 7pm I will remove you from the league.
Seeing multiple people on facebook and twitter showing tweets from Devonte Jones saying his brother Cardale Jones was taken to the hospital with a severe migraine and inability to move. Not sure how to embed and could not find any other info on it doing a few quick searches.
Mod edit: Not OT. Here are a couple 11W tweets. JGB.
Confirmed by a couple of sources: Cardale Jones was taken to a hospital for bad migraine. Is resting and should be good.— Eleven Warriors (@11W) September 3, 2015
University of Michigan President Mark Schlissel heading to Utah for his first Wolverine road game
Hey guys, I need some advice for watching the game at the bars. I plan on being in Ann Arbor tomorrow and figured I might as well stick around to watch the game at one of the bars. How early should I arrive, due to the potential for a busy night with people lining up to see a Jim Harbaugh coached Michigan (still seems unreal that this is actually going to happen TOMORROW)?
