A couple weeks ago, I put together a google map with all of the Michigan bars I'm aware of (and also everything from the spreadsheet that bouje has been maintaining.) The map is here.
Hopefully this will prevent the "where's the Michigan bar in Pittsburgh/Fresno/Topeka/wherever" threads that pop up every week, but if your favorite gameday hangout isn't on here, put it in the thread and let me know. I'll do my best to keep the map up to date.
Per Josh Henschke and confirmed by James' dad (I played with Ross in high school so I'm still in touch with him and his family) James Ross was invited to the Ravens minicamp for an official tryout. Great to see another Wolverine getting the chance to make an NFL roster and shows that Harbaugh connection paying dividends. Hopefully he'll make the squad and play alongside Willie Henry and a certain death stare to cause havoc.
Not sure how to embed, but Tom VanHaaren reported Dillon recieved one of six invites to The Opening today. Congrats to him!
Now that the draft is over...who do you think gets drafted next year and what round?
Of course, Wojo is smart enough not to do it directly, and his purpose is merely to evoke a reader's chuckle, but I do not think the close proximity of "Cook" and "tool" is a coincidence.
...That’s the newsy impact of the draft, no matter how stridently people will debate Rudock, or why Michigan State’s Connor Cook dropped to the fourth round.
To follow my hardware analogy, follow the trend. The common theme in Quinn’s draft is that he prefers durable, multi-purpose tools, as long as they’re not tools in the negative sense.
